Sales insights help predict sales lifecycles, customers insights look at emerging trends and performance metrics, and market insights help businesses understand how their brand is being received. AI can also help to combat fraud loss.
Two new AI apps have emerged.
Products Insights uses real-time insight into consumers usage to feed information to product development and sales teams.
Connected Store uses data from cloud-connected sensors to generate data for brick-and-mortar shops.
From this month the Dynamics 365 customer service virtual agent will be known as Power Virtual Agents.
Employees can benefit from a range of new tools which will transform productivity.
Technicians can utilise Dynamics 365 Remote Assist to aid faster problem solving. Dynamics 365 Layout will help space planners take their designs from concept to completion. Sales people can use augmented reality with Dynamics 365 Product Visualize to help customers understand the potential of the products. And employees can use Dynamics 365 Guides for Microsoft HoloLens which creates holographic instructions for workflows.
