Typically, a NAV partner will provide support for your NAV system by charging you an annual fee. You will be charged this fee regardless of whether you require any support or assistance during the term of the agreement. This means that customers are paying for something that they never use.
Because of this, we approach system/software support from a different angle - yours.
We provide Token Based Support. This allows you to have a Pay-as-you-Go support arrangement, knowing that support charges are only applied when you actually require support. Tokens can also be purchased in advance, and savings are available if they are purchased in blocks of 5, 10 or 25.
So, why pay £000's for annual support if you only require assistance 2 or 3 times per year.
Of course, if you like the idea of an annual support contract then we are also able to provide them.
