Paying an annual fee for Dynamics support is far from supportive

The standard way of engaging with a Microsoft Dynamics partner is to be charged an annual fee. Clients are expected to pay that fee regardless of whether you require any support or assistance during the term of the agreement.

This means you could end up paying for something that you don’t use.

A support system that works for you

We believe we have found a way of doing things to benefit you, the customer. We came up with the idea of a token based support system. This means you can pay as you go, and only pay for support that you actually require.

Why pay out big sums of money, if you only need assistance a couple of times a year?

We find that by using a flexible, bespoke system, our clients are able to make savings whilst still having us on hand to help with any issues.

How does it work?

Our clients are able to purchase tokens in advance, and they can benefit from savings when they purchase in blocks of 5, 10 or 25.

But it’s up to you!

If you would rather stick with an annual support contract so you know what your costs will be for the year, then we can provide that too.
