COVID-19 INFORMATION UPDATE: How we are continuing to support our customers through this time




Whilst avoiding over-reaction, there is a need to plan to deal with the changes that are currently taking place.

Technology allows everyone at ETACSOLUTIONS to work from home. This includes access to telephones, helpdesk information, shared data, remote connectivity to our customers etc.

This means that our ability to continue to support, help and work with our customers can continue, even if we are unable to work from our offices.

In the even of being asked to Self-isolate, we can continue to work as normal

We may need to cancel SITE VISITS.

We may need to reschedule delivery dates of some work, based on staff availability
