It presents a hierarchical chart of who works at the business, including who the decision-makers are. It’s an efficient and quick way to look at the stakeholders, which keeps you on top of their pipeline and streamlines communication into one place.

Back in October 2022, Microsoft Viva Sales was launched to give sales teams AI-driven insights and data automation to improve productivity.
