Sales teams have a lot to manage – coordinating leads, keeping track of multiple sales at different stages, communicating with teammates that might be in different places or even time zones, hitting targets, delivering effective communication and tracking KPIs – all within a finite amount of time.

The Dynamics 365 Sales release wave 1 streamlines the seller experience and helps sales teams be more productive and efficient.

No more guesswork

The latest updates will help guide sellers with predictive analytics and automation. These tools will deliver insights which enhance the predictability of revenue forecasts. We’re looking forward to seeing the Sales Accelerator features that give an improved work list function and activity management, to help sellers connect with customers and offer them the best customer journey.

From September 2022, Conversation Intelligence will record every customer interaction and provide real time insights during customer calls, helping to monitor performance and outcomes.

Better together

To help your sales teams connect, across buildings and continents, Dynamics has improved the connection between 365 Sales and Microsoft Teams.

From September 2022, notes, tasks and records can be updated from within the Team’s interface, making life much easier.

It is also possible to chat within Teams while in your CRM with the embedded Teams chat feature.

Dynamics 365 Sales records can be interacted with in Teams to provide users with business context in their conversations.

And that’s not all

Dynamics 365 Sales and Exchange can uncover hidden accounts and relationship intelligence to make sure sales teams make the most out of any opportunity, so nothing gets missed.

The Sales Hub app can simplify how sellers work by putting all the information they need in one place, helping them to focus on the most important tasks.
